What are well selling
We selling video editing services to create a sports highlight videos ordered by our customers. The particular service features depend on the package order by the customer.
Purchase currency
We operate in the United States and the US Dollar is our purchase currency.
Refund Policy
  • Full Refund: Available if the client cancels within 24 hours of booking and no work has started, excluding the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
  • Partial Refund: Available if the client cancels after work has begun but before the first revision is delivered. The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed, excluding the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
  • No Refund: After the first revision is delivered or the project is completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, partial refunds or rescheduling of services will be discussed.
Delivery and Revision Policy
Edited videos will be delivered via email to the email address provided when purchasing the service. A URL (link) to the video will be included in the delivery email. If applicable to the service,
download links will also be included in the email or at the URL to the video.
It is the responsibility of customer to make sure they provide a working email address to which they have full user access to see our delivery emails as well as every other email from the service provider.
One revision is included with the initial service fee. Additional revisions will be charged at $50 per hour of editing.
Return Policy
This is a service-based business. There are no returns.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation by Client:
  • Within 24 Hours of Booking: Full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
  • Before Project Work Begins: If the client cancels after 24 hours but before any work has started, the non-refundable deposit will be retained (if applicable), but any additional payments will be refunded.
  • After Project Work Has Begun: If the client cancels after work has started, a partial refund may be available. The refund amount will be determined based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. The non-refundable deposit will still be retained (if applicable).
  • After First Draft Delivery: If the client cancels after the first draft has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for work completed up to that point.
Cancellation by Company:
If the company needs to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of all payments, including the non-refundable deposit.
Force Majeure:
The company is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other emergencies. In such cases, the company will work with the client to reschedule the project or provide a partial refund based on work completed.
Notice Period:
Clients must provide written notice of cancellation. The effective date of the cancellation is the date the written notice is received by the company.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 6-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. This may fluctuate based on the policies of the client and service provider credit card processing merchants.
Amendments to Policy:
The company reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the policy in advance.
